Stainless steel filter The commonly used material models can be roughly divided into: 201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 430, etc.
 
Stainless steel filter 201 and 202 stainless steel mesh are called non-magnetic nickel free stainless steel mesh; 301 stainless steel mesh has good ductility.
302 stainless steel mesh: corrosion resistance with 301 stainless steel mesh, due to the relatively high carbon content, this strength is better than 301.
The grade of 304 stainless steel mesh is 0gr18ni9, and the density is 7.93 g / cm3. There are three common marking methods in the market, including 06cr19ni10304 and SUS304, among which 06cr19ni10 generally refers to national standard production, 304 generally refers to ASTM standard production, and SUS304 indicates daily standard production. The temperature limit is less than 650 ℃. The 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance. For oxidizing acid, it is found that 304 stainless steel mesh has strong corrosion resistance in nitric acid with concentration ≤ 65% and boiling temperature below. It also has good corrosion resistance to alkali solution and most organic and inorganic acids. Most of the "18% Cr" alloy mesh is very suitable for "18% Cr". It can be exposed outdoors and will not rust or oxidize when the outside temperature rises to 1400 degrees Fahrenheit.
 
304L stainless steel filter: very similar to 304 stainless steel mesh, the difference is that it reduces the carbon content and is more conducive to weaving and re welding.
 
316 stainless steel mesh: 18cr-12ni-2.5mo due to the addition of Mo, its corrosion resistance, atmospheric corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength are particularly good, and can be used in harsh conditions; excellent work hardening (non-magnetic). Tensile strength (MPA) 620 min, good heat resistance, good oxidation resistance and good heat resistance when used above 871 ° c-927c ° (1700 ° f).
 
316L stainless steel mesh: carbide precipitation resistance is better than 316 stainless steel. It is more resistant to corrosion than other chromium nickel stainless steels in brine, sulfur water or brine. In order to obtain the best corrosion resistance, the welding section of 316 stainless steel needs post weld annealing treatment. If 316L stainless steel is used, post weld annealing is not required.
 
310S stainless steel mesh: the corresponding domestic brand is 0Cr25Ni20, tensile strength (б b) (MPA): ≥ 520, with good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance. Because of the high proportion of chromium and nickel, 310S can work continuously under high temperature and has good high temperature resistance.
 
321 stainless steel mesh: grade 0Cr18Ni10Ti, tensile strength σ B (MPA): ≥ 520 is a kind of heat strength steel, which is much better than 316L in high temperature. 321 stainless steel has good wear resistance in different concentrations and temperatures of organic and inorganic acids, especially in oxidizing media. It is used for manufacturing equipment and tools of wear-resistant acid.
 
Although they are made of stainless steel, the performance of the products varies with the model. The stainless steel model can be selected according to the use environment of the product.
